1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to code, graphics, game mechanics, user interface designs, and the unique concept of converting freehand drawings to physics-based racing vehicles, is the exclusive intellectual property of Qutaibah. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. User Content

Drawings, designs, and creations you make within the game remain your property. By using multiplayer or sharing features, you grant us a limited license to transmit and display your designs to other players during gameplay.

4. Age Requirements

This game is designed for users aged 5 and above. Children under 13 should use this application under parental supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT: (a) copy, clone, or replicate this game or its concept; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (c) use for commercial purposes without written permission; (d) create derivative works; (e) remove copyright notices; (f) share accounts or credentials; (g) use automated tools or bots.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the game will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this application.

8. Modifications
